Biography

Gordon James is a long-established production potter, working in stoneware in his Quadra Island studio where he has worked with his wife, Martha James, since 1979 . He received his BFA from the University of Calgary, studied art history in Florence, and later in 2016/17 studied print making at North Island University. Gordon sold through the Gallery of BC Ceramics.
In 2002 he had a solo show at the Campbell River Art Gallery
